I was able to get to the final screen where I had to click on the "OK" button to close out of the download screen, and then I got the following error message: "Error dialog box, Message: The installer could not be installed on this computer. I'm not sure what I did to cause this issue, I've tried to reinstall the program numerous times, but still nothing.
